Study Program Description
Medical records are documents that contain records regarding the patient's identity, examination, treatment, as well as other actions and services that have been provided to the patient. In the Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, things will be studied which include recording, reporting, collecting, registering, filling in and analyzing data related to information needs to diagnose patients in order to receive appropriate treatment and care. The advantage of this Study Program is the development of computer-based medical records (Electronic Medical Records) which are currently used by almost all hospitals, so that these graduates can not only work as medical colleagues, but are able to develop information systems (Computer Programming) needed by hospitals as a means to improve services to patients or other stakeholders.
